BETWEEN STAGES II

Two cast spatial elements in the shape of edged panels are positioned against the wall, doubling the existing banding of the wall‘s wooden paneling and creating sills. They carry on the architecture of the exhibition space with different materials overlapping on the encased wall and a resulting subdivision of the wall surfaces.
Creating temporary „stages“ through architectural insertions serves as an active and also manipulative reseach into the attention that is paid to the space.
